Santarina Theme - Jensi (6 Photos)

Hello and good day everyone in the community. I hope that you guys are all doing great. Today I want to share another portraiture, a studio portraiture with the Santarina theme. Our model today will be Jensi, she was the 2nd runner up winner during the Miss Pearl International Malaysia 2023 that being held here at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. She will be one of the Malaysia's representative for the Miss Pearl International 2024 that will be held here at Kota Kinabalu as the hosting country.

Jensi is an experienced model and had a lots of pageant experience. Working with her during this photoshoot was easy and fun. He knows how to pose and I only need to give her very little instruction on the poses, other than that she was doing a very good job.

During this photoshoot session, I was using only two lighting setup. As for the main light I was using the Godox 600 AD Pro with an umbrella as a diffuser. I used the 180cm diameter umbrella for the main light as I wanted to make the white background bright. The other light that I used as a rim lighting or back hair lighting was the Godox 600 attached with a rectangle softbox 90cm by 60cm. It was double diffused as I want a very soft lighting effect for the rim light and back light. This two light was positioned facing with each other on the opposite side. The main light was on the right side of her, and the rim light was positioned on her left side at her back.

This preparation took me about one to two minute with all the test shoot taken for my desired look. Below are some of her best photos.
