The amazing St. Julian’s Bay(Malta) in December
Smell the sea and feel the sky, let your soul and spirit fly. - Van Morrison
About a week ago we came back from the mini holiday we had in Malta, I couldn't resist showing you in a few pictures the place where we stayed, St. Julian's Bay.
Indeed, we could have stayed in the capital of Malta, Valletta, but this decision was influenced by several circumstances, the most important was the price of accommodation and the second was the quietness and location of the hotel, I will not tell too much about the hotel because I will write a detailed post about how we got here and what costs we had.
Due to our flight schedule on the day we arrived here we had enough time to get acquainted with this amazing place, so we strolled around the resort, we didn't have to walk too far before we came across a small fishing harbour and lots of local and international bars and restaurants, not for nothing some of the best hotels in the resort are located here.
The pictures are taken by me with my mobile phone, the moment when I took them was perfect, the city was already starting to light up, the resort was starting to come to life and tourists were taking their evening walk by the sea.
Although in Romania it was very cold and sometimes it started to snow here the temperature was friendly around 18 degrees, good conditions for a quiet walk on the seashore.
Fortunately there are many beautiful places in Europe ready to be explored but we have chosen to visit this country, if you look for it on the map of Europe you almost won't find it is a point in the Mediterranean Sea.
As we are in the month of gifts, the charm of this place is unique as well as the feelings you get when you are on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
You can see in the pictures how the sea breeze caresses our bodies, how the waves are lost on the shore among the rocks rounded by the passage of time.
How much I would have loved to be able to sit on the seashore and write a post directly from there, a dream, but unfortunately I couldn't take my laptop with me, maybe another time.
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone in St. Julian,s Bay - Malta, and the text is also designed by me.
