Hi guys!
A few years ago I was on a holiday in southern Poland where I visited the oldest salt mine in the world, located in the town of Wieliczka.
This salt mine is also known as the Underground Salt Cathedral of Poland.
Having the title of the most beautiful salt mine in the world, it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1978.
I had never been to Poland before so it was a new country for me and here I tried to find out as much as I could about this salt mine.
But what caught my attention in a particular way were the chandeliers that were mounted in St. Kinga's Chapel, which date back to the 17th century.
I love to visit old mines of any kind, I have visited other salt mines in Romania, but in Romania I also plan to visit an old gold mine.
The Wielickza salt mine can be visited in any season, it has exactly the same beauty, it is stunning.
I don't have professional equipment to use to capture certain shots, I mostly use my mobile phone and in some cases the Dji Mavic Mini 2 drone.
When you look at these old chandeliers what first comes to mind, what does it lead you to?
I hope that through these photos I managed to move your soul and thoughts, in a good way.
