The simplicity of the Romanian village in mountain areas
Now that I still have in mind the special beauty that we are lucky to have here in Romania, especially in the mountain area, I thought I would share with you some photos I took when I visited several villages in Alba Iulia county.
I really like to travel (I try to do this whenever I have the opportunity, considering that I am a full time employee) I want to remember the places I visit and I want to add to my photo album as many memories as possible.
I'm not so much tempted by the very touristy areas but I don't say no when I have the opportunity to visit them.
In today's post I want to share with you through pictures a panoramic view from the roof of a restaurant and I will even take you home with me to my wife's grandparents in the village ,,Vadul Motilor", an extremely beautiful mountain village.
As I wrote above I love to go to areas where I don't meet many tourists and in these areas I find exactly what I like, the beauty of nature, silence, the sound of mountain springs, the breeze.
I'd like to start with some pictures taken at my wife's grandparents' house as I've written before, here at the top of the mountain if you sit still without making a sound you will surely be mesmerized by the sound of nature.
The inhabitants of these mountain villages mostly work in the fields and wood processing, few of them emigrate or find a job in the big cities.
I surprised in some pictures a cow that was just going out to pasture to give the best milk, here the meadows are rich and the animals have something to eat (I think that almost at every house we find some animals, I am very glad that in these villages supermarkets have not managed to make their presence).
I also took a picture of the "tractor", as this machine is called, used to bring wood from the forest or to transport animal feed from the field.
We go on through the magic and beauty of flowers, even if some of them have started to fade they still have a special beauty.
After visiting my wife grandparents' house we went to visit other relatives for a while (it is customary in these areas to visit relatives, otherwise you run the risk of them getting upset if they find out you were in the village).
Here I came across some extremely cute kitties and of course I couldn't help but take pictures of them, I hope the result of the photo shoot will be to your liking.
There is a lot to say and show through pictures about these mountain villages, and if you ever get to Romania visit these villages because they are amazing, you will definitely find stories to hear about these places, the inhabitants are very friendly.
And finally I want to end with some pictures I took from the terrace of a restaurant where we stopped for lunch.
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone, and the text is also designed by me.
