comunmente no comparto imágenes de mi hogar en redes como instagram, trato de colocar contenido más inherente a mi arte y fotografías.
esa tarde tomé esta imagen de mi escritorio frente a la ventana, q dejaba ver un hermoso atardecer anaranjado y magenta. agradecida de poder crear en un ambiente tan vasto y encantador.
a few days ago the synchronicities burned
I don't usually share images of my home on networks like instagram, I try to place content more inherent to my art and photographs.
That afternoon I took this image of my desk in front of the window, which revealed a beautiful orange and magenta sunset. grateful to be able to create in such a vast and enchanting environment.
al caer la tarde, mientras pintaba, quemé algunas flores intencionando el fuego.
in the late afternoon, while painting, I burned some flowers intending the fire.
comencé a oir unos ruidos extraños. se trataba de un incendio inmenso en los campos cercanos a la casa.
I started hearing strange noises. it was a huge fire in the fields near the house.
debastador y encantador a la vez
gratamente no corrimos peligro y todos por aquí se encuentran bien.
devastating and charming at the same time
Fortunately, we were not in danger and everyone around here is fine.
estoy ansiosa por compartirles las fotografías que tomé esa misma noche y al día siguiente, ya que el incendio duró dos días.
son tantas que tal vez deba crear más de una entrada.
pero wow! mis sentimientos de contraponen, entre la tristeza de ver arder un sauce de décadas de edad, y tener en frente algo tan fuerte, transformador e inefable.

I can't wait to share the photos I took that same night and the next day, since the fire lasted two days.
there are so many that you may need to create more than one entry.
but wow! my feelings conflict, between the sadness of seeing a decades-old willow tree burn, and having something so strong, transformative and ineffable in front of me.
