For this occasion, with the characterization of black and white, I show you this series of details in textures, contrasts, and motifs that are executed within the photographic frame as part of this visual universe, where everything can be part of a grand language captured through the camera, in small circumstances. Although of course, I would say that this language is primarily due to the aesthetics of each of the images I have captured.
The motifs vary in each scene, from the focus on natural objects such as some plants, fruits, and even a beautiful butterfly in contrast to the black and white, posing in front of a small flower. I also captured what can be seen as a small waterfall. Although it is not entirely natural, it is a large cement path that ends at a dock. Due to rising water, the path was shortened, but at the same time, small waterfalls formed as a result of the strong currents.
On the other hand, the other images are simple scenes I find on the street or anywhere, such as where you can see two people walking through what could be considered a tunnel. This is actually a Christmas decoration that's been there since last year and has now become a kind of passage for people who visit this place, located in one of the city's squares, specifically the well-known Plaza Del Hierro, a place I often pass by on my countless walks around the city. Ultimately, this session is intended to show, as I've said, a few details, textures, and contrasts applied to different motifs and scenes.
All photographs are mine.
