This morning I was talking to a man who began to tell me about his experience with underwater photography, a type of photography in which I have never ventured but which is very interesting, although he told me about the risks involved and that on several occasions he almost drowned because of his passion for taking photographs. At this moment he doesn't practice this kind of photography but the memories and anecdotes remain, and he also expressed that photography will never be the same, even if he passes the same place 1000 times there will always be different sceneries or moments.
What I have said above made me reflect on some points of photography and what I want to do with this type of art or profession, besides the fact that it gives me more aspirations to continue doing what I like to do either by trade or by a simple hobby, in the end what counts is that one likes to do what one does and on this occasion of course it is photography, as a way of escape from this reality or as a therapy to de-stress.
So here is this series of images that I have captured this morning in a place that I have been visiting a lot lately, specifically the centre of the city of San Felix, Bolivar state - Venezuela, a place that has contact with large river cities, which retains some colonial architecture and the chaos that comes with all city centres.
All the photographs are of my authorship.
