Grilled black sea bass, really a delicacy for those who love fish.
The reseta is very easy, we just have to salt to taste and season with spices, in my case I did it with garlic, parsley, and pizza seasoning.
Grilled fish is cooked over low heat, because if you put too many embers on it, it will be snatched or burned as experts say.
Here you can see how the fish is seasoned, they could also have lemon.
Some usually wrap the fish with metallic paper so that it does not dry out and cook in its own juice, others like in this case alone and accompanied with some rich bell peppers.
