Ready to see a new hand-drawn picture, friends? I hope so, because today I'm bringing you one I just finished, and I'm going to show it to you. Want to see it? I don't know why, but I've heard that you do. Right? 😂 In any case, it's about drums. It's been a long time since I drew any. I honestly don't even remember the last time I drew a drum; it must have been over a month ago. That's why I wanted to bring back percussion instruments, because of how long it's been since I last drew them. The drawing will be about bongos.
You can find bongos in the i55 deck. It's a common instrument, but it has 10 luck points, which means it has much more luck than many common instruments that only have 1 luck point. Regarding the instrument in this deck, the bongos, I can tell you that I know them very well; in fact, I'm currently listening to a lot of bachata. In bachata, these are the most commonly used instruments, as they are the ones that establish its characteristic rhythm.
Even though they sound great, they don't make me dance, 😂 well, no instrument does. I'm just not much of a dancer; I'm like a rock that doesn't move. The most I can do to bachata is tap my foot to the beat. You know, friends, bongos are always seen in pairs because they were designed to be played together. But you can certainly play one alone for specific types of music. I really like how they sound.
I like bongos more than congas, which you could say are their older sisters because they are much bigger and heavier. But I'm not that big a fan of their music anymore. I used to like it, but not anymore. It's just that one's musical tastes change over time. Anyway, none of them can make me dance. 😅 As you may have noticed while we were chatting, I've been sharing photos of the drawing and how I was creating it. Let me know what you think! I'll be back soon with more new drawings, so don't miss them!
