Sending hugs to my friends at Rising Star and to everyone on Hive. The reason for my return and this visit today is to bring you this post where you can see the drawing I just finished a few moments ago. At the time of writing, it hasn't even been 30 minutes since I drew it. You won't find a fresher drawing anywhere else. 😅 Well, maybe you will, but not on Hive. Haha. I drew a very curious musical instrument called the Brass Singing Bowl. You can find it in the Rising Star shop with the ID number R445. It's rare, and its attribute is 50 luck.
Friends, the Brass Singing Bowl is a musical instrument, even though it might not seem like it. Many people who don't know it, when they see it for the first time, think it's just a plate and a spoon. And I don't blame them; it does look very similar. But it is a musical instrument, don't be mistaken. There are many ways to play it. You can strike the bowl with the mallet to create a bell-like sound. You can also rub the mallet around the edges of the bowl. That creates an almost ethereal sound.
And the spiritual music created with it is widely used in the meditative and religious cultures of many places. For example, in some countries it's played at religious festivals to celebrate a deity. In those cases, the Brass Singing Bowl is considered sacred. And in others, it's used for meditation, not so much in a religious context. That is, to listen to its sound as a way to relax, think, and forget your problems. You can find many songs played with this instrument for that purpose: meditation and relaxation.
Personally, I don't listen to meditation music; I prefer relaxing music, but not meditative music. These are my personal tastes. But even so, I like its music. Friends, so that's it, you've seen the whole process of creating the drawing. I'm not an expert on this instrument, so I have a final invitation: How about you tell me what you know about the Brass Singing Bowl? I'd be delighted to read your comments. By the way, if you'd like to recommend something for me to draw next, just let me know, and I'll gladly do it for you. I'll be back soon with more. Warm regards.
