A big hug to you all, friends! I'm so happy to be back with another drawing for you. I've been a little absent this week due to some time constraints and studies, but I hope that this coming week I can bring you at least one drawing a day and continue exploring the interesting instruments in Rising Star. Today I drew the Lizard Didgeridoo just a little while ago. You can find it in the instruments section with the ID number i250. It's a common instrument and has 1 Luck.
The Lizzard Didgeridoo, friends, is an ancient flute. It's said to be hundreds of years old and to have originated with early civilizations who made them from horns and later from wood. This type of flute doesn't have the finger holes on the sides like pan flutes or recorders. It also doesn't have keys. It's just a very simple wooden tube. I imagine you're wondering how you can play it without the holes to create the rhythm; I asked myself the same question.
The thing is, it's played with guttural breathing to create a pretty deep and powerful sound. They say you can play it continuously with a technique that avoids having to break it while breathing. Although I don't know how musicians do it, I couldn't blow and breathe at the same time. Haha, I don't know what I'm missing there. But I'm not lying, the technique is real. It's just that I don't know how they do it right now. And that opens up the possibility that if any of you know, you can tell us. I really like the ancient tribal designs on this Lizard Didgeridoo. Those lizards look great and give it a very tribal look.
Hey friends, this was another drawing of another great instrument from Rising Star. Let me know if you already knew about it. I'll be back soon with more, so stay tuned so you don't miss them. A big hug.
