The Second Week of the biggest Rising Star Giveaway has ended and like last week, we have more prizes than winners. Every valid contestant has won once again. After publishing I send out the prizes.

Disqualified were all accounts over 100k (3 commenters) and those without an account at all (1 user).
I’m not a fan of public crucification or exposing, but if you have more than 100k fans, please refrain from commenting and let smaller accounts get a fair shake.

You manage your own career as a musician, starting as a lowly Busker, working your way through missions and ascending to higher and higher levels in the music world, all while winning the hearts of millions of fans. (And that's not even an exaggeration. We have several players who have accumulated five million or more fans.)
Rising Star offers a variety of features such as the Music Promoter, Raves, World Festival, Fan-Club, and soon the PRO series, which goes beyond the standard missions, ensuring that even after more than three years, it doesn't get boring for the veterans and beginners alike.

Giveaway Prizes Worth Approximately 200,000 Starbits

Yes, you read that right. We're not speaking about 200 Starbits, nor 2,000, or 20,000 Starbits. It really is 200,000 Starbits prizes.
And there will be 10 winners every week so we can spread the love to many people.

• The first one wins 100,000 Starbits
• The second one wins 50,000 Starbits

There are a few rules to keep it fair.

• Please, no multi-accounts. Each person should participate only once.
• Complete beginners who don't have a Rising Star account can participate, as well as users who have already started playing the game. Upon payout, you should have registered your Rising Star account though.
• Players who have accumulated more than 100,000 Fans are no longer eligible to participate. With 100k Fans, you won't really need the 100,000 Starbits that much anymore.
• You can enter with a comment. Write anything in the comments, and I will run your name through the Comment Picker.
• Likes, follows, and reblogs are not mandatory, but I would appreciate it. For example, each reblog helps increase the reach of the Giveaway and brings Rising Star to the attention of potential new players.
• You should have a Rising Star Account, if you win a card, otherwise I can't send it to you.
  Registering is totally free. There is no fee at all. You can start playing immediately with the card you won, giving you a great head start.
