Hi everyone!!!
Today, I turned 1 week in this amazing game and Hive Community, that was introduced to me by this post written by . I'm so grateful to you🥰
Finally, I was able to hit lvl 15 and start messing with the "Ego" stat. At first, I got scared because I thought the ego given by the missions was a percentage, but after doing a couple, I realized it wasn't.
To celebrate this milestone, I decided to buy 12 card packs. That's 0.3$. I mean... C'mon. For that price its a fucking steal man.
After buying and not getting the precious, brand new "Larry" card, my stats ended up like this:
It's all good and stuff, but look at that ego man. My singing lessons were giving me between 12 and 24 skill points, and I had to earn almost 1000 to equal the amount of audience. And take into account what I said earlier about thinking the missions filled up your ego with a percentage relation. Then I read that the microphones cards gave you more skill for that class, so I got more cards.
In total I got 19 of the cheapest ones.
How much do you thing the skill changed?
It was 12 to 25 before🙃
Seeing this, I had to make an even bigger purchase, so I went to the market and started spamming the card non stop for 1 min, after I had 142 cards for a total of a little over 50,000 bits:
With this amount of microphones, I got a very reasonable change on the skill I get from the singing lesson:
Now I have an answer: What is the mathematical formula that describes how much a card increments the skill given by the lesson? I suppose higher tier cards give you better performance, so there's a number to be calculated there. Let me know in the comments if you know 😉
And that would be it for today. I'm very happy with the game, and this ego mechanic looks very nice in my opinion.
Let's hope in the next post I don't talk you about how I bough 10,000 microphones or something like that 🤣🤣
See you in the next!!
