The past month, I have made a lot of progress in the game. After purchasing my first pack, I got a significant boost in luck from Dundun and some useful skill points to better balance my ego at that point. Luck is certainly a very nice stat, as it really helps finding more drunk fans. This enabled me to spend less time on the first two missions, that aren't that cost-effective, but still there were some days that I was simply not lucky enough and I couldn't find some drunk fans.
This made me start exploring the marketplace and trying to get a hang of it. I sold the i8 Mid Range Mic I got from the pack, because I wasn't sure if it was any useful. As I found out later, that was kind of a mistake, since it improved my Basic Singing Lesson. Then I started using the NTFMart.io website, in order to search cards and compare them easier. I started by buying a 13 Buster, a cheap card that gives a couple skill points. Not bad!
After all these, I decided that I had to go one step further and these cheap cards were not gatting me there. At first, I decided to start saving starbits to buy one pack again, but after a while I found some interesting cards that costed less than a pack and gave me nice balanced stats. After all, getting a card with more fans than skills, would really mess up my ego, which at that point was already at 71%. This was already to high for me. So I bought a R101 Remy for 7125 starbits(03/20/22) , that seemed the best cost-effective card at that price range.
Remy helped me a lot by dropping my ego by almost 10%! The rewards I was getting were far better than before and now I could play more high-fan missions, as I was starting from the Mid Week Support Slot mission. I also bought the two lowest value microphones I could get, a i63 Cheap Wireless Mic and a i57 RSX Desktop Mic just so I could boost a little bit my Basic Singing Lesson.
I still have a lot of mistakes to make and a lot of things to learn, but this is what makes games like these so fun, so let's keep grinding!
