Here, suspended Dr William Bay waits to hear if he can appeal his High Court Ruling. He has been told by everyone, including lawyers that he has no chance, yet still he waits.
And after deliberating for 30 hours, the High Court grants him his right to appeal.
And I doubt they would have granted it to him if they thought he stood no chance, wouldn't you think

In fact currently Dr's who follow the code get penalized, and Dr's who obey AHPRA well they don't.
