I didn't have my Sombrero for this prep but it was major success in flavour anyway. It was super hot in the kitchen and soon had to take it outside. In the previous episode we questioned the suspicious pineapple - without hesitation I slashed it up - and drizzled with honey and cinnamon hotchilli sauce. This Mexican tapas has decadent flavors of humas - za'atar hummus and red peppers. I added yogurt as the filling was super 🔥. And white cheese sauce was not enough to neutralize.. so I added plain yogurt to the hummus.
