Due to a misconception about the ownership of this account, I felt it a good time to start a debate about Rule #5 on the Hive Cannabis Community.

Quoted below is Rule #5 from the Hive Cannabis Community.
Rule 5
"#5 community support. This isn't for being paid. This is 100% being invested into throwing votes to the community.
Donations will be used for the purpose of the sender. And the memo will make sure of that as we can specify what it is for."
Hive Cannabis Official Post with Rules
With this rule being considered, would ownership of username on the hive blockchain be subjective to any special interest group?
You can see the funds have not moved, and are being used to curate "High Quality Content" with an emphasis on the high reference to cannabis use. If there is a misconception about that, considering rule 5, what subjective and tangible standpoints can this debate begin on.
Please participate, this is a friendly debate about the way content is curated on https://www.weedcash.network as well as multiple cannabis related communities on Hive, not just 1 special interest group, as far as I can see. I am open to seeing all sides of this and I will hand the Master Key of this account over to if a reasonable consideration is made for the argument "Who owns
" -
I made this as a simple voting bot that will add users to a curation trail for "High Quality Content". That is what I did, aside from invest WeedCash, which I powered up for a boost to start off. This took little to no effort and I did it for the decentralized cannabis community, which is in line with the rules of Hive Cannabis community. It was inspired by a logo designed with similar intentions in this POST.
