Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules People Can Use Medical Marijuana on Probation
The ruling came in response to a lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) on behalf of several residents of Lebanon County. Last September, county officials notified all individuals currently serving probation that they had 30 days to get all traces of cannabis out of their systems. Anyone who tested positive for THC after Oct. 1, 2019 would be in violation of their probation, even if they were using state-legal medical marijuana.
One of the plaintiffs in the case, Ashley Bennett, was barred from using medical marijuana to treat her PTSD symptoms because she was on probation for possessing marijuana. “For years, I’ve been living sick every day, and medical marijuana allows me to lead the kind of life I want,”
"The MMA [Medical Marijuana Act] contains an immunity provision protecting patients from government sanctions,” wrote Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor in the ruling. “Per the statute, no such individual 'shall be subject to arrest, prosecution or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege... solely for lawful use of medical marijuana.
This Thursday, the court unanimously ruled that Lebanon County's ban violated the state's medical marijuana law. Although the ruling only specifically overturns the county’s policy, it still applies to every county in the state.

including decriminalization of all drugs. The plan also includes community control of police and using federal funds in police budgets specifically to “pay for the services and economic development that working-class communities of color need.”
The Justice in Policing Act of 2020, which includes the following measures:
revise the “qualified immunity,” which has protected police from liability for excessive use of force
require police to carry personal liability insurance
curb the transfer of military equipment to state and local law enforcement agencies,
mandate data collection of police misconduct
establish a federal registry of offenders
mandate racial bias training
outlaw choke holds
outlaw no-knock warrants
make lynching a federal crime, legislation that has been pending in Congress since 1882.
release police disciplinary records
mandate de-escalation tactics
strengthen use-of-force policies
require a warning before shooting
create a duty to intervene against excessive force by other officers
ban shooting at moving vehicles
emphasize community policing over reactive policing
establish residency requirements for police
establish police review boards, or strengthen their investigative and disciplinary powers
re-negotiate police union contracts to remove provisions that give officers special protection from investigation and discipline of misconduct
Even President Trump and Republican Senators now feel compelled by the movement to propose modest reforms to policing practices.

Help!!!!……Yelp Tells Marijuana Moment They Are Blocking Cannabis Advertisers
According to a MM report published this past week Yelp say they made the policy change about cannabis back in February but strangely are telling companies / organisations only now with online updates via twitter that look like this.
The representative did not directly reply to a question about the reasoning for the policy change. Instead, they discussed how Yelp does not “take revenue from cannabis businesses that have not purchased our Verified License product.”
Yelp is no longer offering two key advertising features to marijuana-related businesses, the company confirmed to Marijuana Moment.
Two cannabis businesses have shared an email from Yelp announcing the policy change. It states that the company had “unfortunate news” and that it will be removing both the “Business Highlights and Portfolio advertising options for cannabis-related businesses, effective immediately.”
