I can say it has a potent effect from about 1 gram dose, as a daily cannabis smoker.
450ml Water + 1 Gram Water Soluble THC
Will it Saturate the Water?
I didn't expect it too, but tried to pick a relatively small small amount of water, to be realistic, no one usually gets medicine or a anti stress medication that had 450ml doses, so even that is high.
It feels like brown sugar to handle and easily comes apart. I made a video describing my approach to sampling the 1 gram sample in water.

The effect was present for about 12 hours and was similar to that of a edible THC baked good or beverage, so the water solubility seems to be a effective way to get medicated.
As long as you don't mind a potent cannabis flavor, this is all you will have to deal with if you add 1 gram of water soluble THC to 450ml of water.
