One thing I've been asking myself lately, is: How do all these people plant and dedicate themselves to these beautiful crops? Does this always involve a lot of courage, levels of camouflage, and necessary omission, or can many of you just plant wherever you want and even have a cannabis bonsai in the middle of the living room because you live legally cultivated regions? I'm not really aware of how the planting laws are going outside of Brazil. I understand that legalizing the use does not always involve legalizing the cultivation, right?
In my country we live in a moment where many people have appealed for justice behind the "habeas corpus" or "safe conduit" to be able to grow their own marijuana plant for the proper medicinal uses, this route has helped a lot of people who really need the treatments of cannabis and understands that along this path, we can create this space of loosening the rigor of criminal laws, which for many years have been quite severe and stupid here. I still can't see imminent legalization, a sudden change, especially if you think about small situations, like the seizure of a marijuana plant in someone's house, something that would easily become a prison with the allegation that the cultivator is a drug dealer, because, the cops don't even want to know. It is the natural view of most of them. As long as the "orders" do not change, it will always be a big risk to get involved in cultivation. And that’s the biggest reason I don’t even try anymore. Every time I started growing crops, I ended up paranoid for fear of being arrested and undid everything.
