Cold Creek Kush - Doja

Doja is a British Columbia company. They focus on high end product, their product are some of the most expensive. I wanted to threath myself, so I just bought the most expensive Indica that was available.

Cold Creek Kush is a indica dominant hybrid. It's a mix of MK Ultra and Chemdawg 91. This strain is in the Okanagan Grown line of product, which mean small batch and more old school technique of growing. They also dry to plant slowly to keep a moist content.

Apparence

Man, they're a beauty. I took a lot of picture, but when the model is so incredible, it's hard to stop. I have played a little bit with filter, but I wanted to show the buds in all their glory. The buds are big, the shape is perfect. You can see brown and orange filament. All the care that they put in the product can be seen. They have all my respect.

They put a lot of effort to making a moist product and it's really moist. It get really sticky in the grinder. You don't get any dust in the bottom part of the grinder. I found it too moist. I must be a barbarian.

Smell

The smell is good and intense. It's really fresh. You smell pine and lemon. It's nearly a pine soil smell.

Taste

The taste is terrible. Even with a vaporizer, it really attacks my throat. It was hard to smoke it and to try to taste something. I was fighting the cough and the smoke.

Buzz

At first, I felt a vertigo. I felt I was on the edge of something or that something was about to start. It was weird, the first time experiencing that with weed. And then, you just tend to fall into the buzz. You get a nice body buzz and some heat. The vertigo sensation stay, but it get more like gravity is fuck or fucking with you.

Time gets slower. Like on a good indica time gets slower, you only get one idea at a time.

I saw a light visual buzz or everything got blurry.

You can get some creativity going, I wrote some good shit on that weed, but I'm a little bit too chicken to publish it.

After a while, the indicouch is called. I sat and I felt like a nice blanket wrapped around you. I felt underwater : things and life was farther away.

That wasn't the best buzz of my life, but It was a good classic indica buzz.

Conclusion

The buzz was good, but the taste was a deal breaker for me. For the price, I wouldn't buy it again. I felt I mostly paid for the look, since you can get that kind of buzz from other weeds.
