Greetings to everyone here and also all who cherish music a lot, Talking about music as a universal language, Music is a like a bridge which makes connection look so easy as a bridge is mounted over a large volume of water to allow easy passage to the other side that is how i classify music also, for me there are two things that do allow many people connect to each other without any form of barrier holding them back and the second one apart from music is football because i see that as an avenue where people show love for their country and also club football so they actually share their minds and show love.
Music do not know if you are black or white and i actually said this because i have seen a lot of people who vibes to songs and they actually do not really understand the language but the rhythm, beats and the rest made it possible for them to relate with the song, music is the best way to communicate with each other as that does not deal with any form of racist but football still deals with racist some times so now lets go to how music is actually a universal language, we tend to call it universal language because you can understand it in one way or the other.
There is this song that made me believe that music is truly a universal language and it is a Spanish song which i now love so much and the title of the song is desperado and the first time i heard the song i was so moved by the way the instrumentation went and i didn't think twice and i downloaded the song immediately on my phone putting everything on repeat and i was so much in love with that song. Also looking at the fact in Nigeria there are some song which i listen to and i will just be very happy that music can actually be done in different way like i use to say that music itself is a language that everyone can understand through beat, rhythm and the rest.
Few months ago there is this song that was written by asake one of the top musicians in nigeria and one of the player in Liverpool team Virgil Van dijk was seen vibing to the song even though he doesn't understand everything that was said in the song but i am very sure the beat of that song made him love the song more. You can't deprive yourself the enjoyment in music because of language music alone will make you fall inlove with itself and do exploit. No wonder they say music can be the best medicine at a certain time without even using drug or taking injection because they bring healing and comfort from anywhere in the world matter the race.
I do have the thought why some never loved music because it is just the best for any moment you can think of. A universal language indeed.
