Dear family, happy beginning of the week.
I found your community in PEAKD, I liked it very much because we reflect our work routine and growth as professionals in the area or born of life, blessings to all and may it be very prosperous.
A pleasure my name is Emily Barrios profession Civil Engineer of our beautiful Venezuela, by life situations before achieving this title I prepared myself in other areas not consistent with the career as general culture, as in kitchen, preparer in the pure sciences, cashier, waitress, not knowing that then I would be as an administrative assistant in a bakery with extensive experience in the state where I live.
For things of life, this position has given me great learning, because I work hand in hand with accountants, administrators who gradually instruct me to then delegate functions.
As time has passed I have met extraordinary people, who have given me their support and knowledge in the field, as very few people tend to give them out of jealousy to be replaced, but the leaders of the company understand that no one is eternal and more if the person demonstrates their skills and abilities is taken into account.
To get there I started as a simple retail cashier, demonstrating good customer service, point and cash handling, I spent two weeks to learn the system they handled with the coding and description of the products.
Upon passing the test, I was trained in the wholesale department, whose functions had greater responsibility, due to the quantity of products, inventory and the supervision of quality control.
At the beginning I was afraid, in fact, I think we all feel that way when we start something, but as the days went by I adapted and learned about everything from the administrative to the operative part, such as the arrival of raw materials, bakery and pastry production, baking and finally the packaging with its respective date of elaboration.
In the department to the major, it is very large but very active, the daily activities are:
Once invoiced through the Saint program, a detailed count of the orders requested is made to send it with the respective digging and culminated it enters the part of inventory and processing of data to the system, an event that is done daily, to take its respective control, being very relevant the knowledge of excell to streamline operations, the realization and applications of withholdings, collections, budgets, being an operational position that you have no chance to think about anything is handled.
The supervision part has something to do with my area and I love being there, because you learn thousands of recipes and crafts that are useful for sharing at home or any event, for those who love cooking.
From the moment the master bakers look for the ingredients, their elaboration, baking and once they are cooled, they are packaged and then sold.
Visualizing the results of each product is incredible, I enclose the special gourmet burgers for a junk sharing, a real specimen, recommended, jiji.
Our second home goes with the YEYÉ brand.
Without leaving aside the delights of the pastry shop.
I attach photos of my favorites, because otherwise I never finish.
At the end of the day, the cash register is closed. All the instruments used are turned off and everything is left tidy and clean for the next day.
In all the departments there is full communication and you meet many people from different areas, in the break times we have fun with jokes and laughter, expanding our tastes and colors among colleagues, we take pictures to leave a memory and always proud of what we sell every day, because we know that everything is made with love.
Its owners are extraordinary people, who with their knowledge and communication drive to achieve goals, they also fill their hands with flour, proving to be leaders with a wide trajectory.
After a few months I adapted to the environment and the people who work there, they do it with love despite the ups and downs of the routine.
Every day there is production according to what comes out, an exquisite bread of the day, but the seasons are exhausting, but very rewarding, we learn to work under pressure and that is great, because every day we innovate.
A few days ago I uploaded in the women's communities the labor sharing that we do on the days of the seasons, grateful to life for the new knowledge because if it allows me it is for something.
The photos are my property and I use the translator deelp since my language is Spanish.
