Hello everyone, how are you doing? I hope you are doing fine! Experience became a lesson when it's well documented, an ability to outline the lesson from it makes an experience the best teacher. There's a greater amount of motivation when been able to utilize your experiences effectively, especially from your daily work.
I'm a teacher and I've so much passion for teaching profession, I'm a professional and certified teacher, I work at Begotten International Schools, one of the prestigious Nursery, Primary and Secondary in the city of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria. Teaching job comes with one of the most complex challenges of dealing with human behaviors of over a thousand children who do not understand neither knows themselves not their left from right and all the need is a great level of love, cake and creativity in dealing with their individual differences in order to get the set result of moulding them to fit into the society.
One of the iota of teaching is the capacity of thinking outside the box that's why teachers tend to won the children's heart from their parents, they mostly revealed their secrets to the teachers rather than their parents because as a teacher, it's expected of you to have the innate ability to manipulate the children's minds.
I saw every child I have to stand before the children as an opportunity to correct their wrong perception about the world around them, one of the challenges that faces every child is accepting everything their society presented to them without being able to distinguish the good from the bad.
Meanwhile, I had so much challenges during my first year of teaching, the experiences I had then we're very ugly, how would these children accept me, what should I do to have their minds, focus and attention?. How can I make them accept or listen to what I'm saying or teaching? that's why seminar, learning and symposium is necessary if you should do well in your work. I began to read different books on children's growth and development and acceptance. One of those books that really helped me out was Psychology of Education by Professor Peace Enang from department of Educational Foundation, University of Uyo, the contents of this book was what enhance and build up the teacher/students relationship.
Definitely, I began to through constant and free flow relationship with the students to discover so much talents in them which was there but couldn't be seen because there couldn't relate well with other teachers. One thing about children is that they can talk if they eventually love you and vise versa. I personally inculcate the habit of developing intentional cordial relationship with my working environment, colleagues and the children/students, this gives me the privilege of hearing and knowing what others find it hard hear especially if the want to carry out an investigation about a child.
I derived so much joy whenever I'm playing with my students, seeing them laugh while preparing them to become better citizens to their society is my achievement. This is my satisfaction!

La experiencia se convierte en una lección cuando está bien documentada, la capacidad de esbozar la lección a partir de ella hace de una experiencia el mejor maestro. Hay una mayor cantidad de motivación cuando eres capaz de utilizar tus experiencias de manera efectiva, especialmente de tu trabajo diario.
Soy profesora y tengo mucha pasión por la profesión docente, soy profesora profesional y titulada, trabajo en Begotten International Schools, una de las prestigiosas escuelas de Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria de la ciudad de Uyo, en el estado nigeriano de Akwa Ibom. El trabajo de la enseñanza viene con uno de los desafíos más complejos de tratar con los comportamientos humanos de más de mil niños que no entienden ni se conocen a sí mismos ni su izquierda de la derecha y todo lo que se necesita es un gran nivel de amor, pastel y la creatividad en el tratamiento de sus diferencias individuales con el fin de obtener el resultado establecido de moldearlos para encajar en la sociedad.
Uno de los atributos de la enseñanza es la capacidad de pensar con originalidad, por eso los profesores tienden a ganarse el corazón de los niños a partir de sus padres, y la mayoría de ellos revelan sus secretos a los profesores antes que a sus padres, porque como profesor, se espera de ti que tengas la capacidad innata de manipular la mente de los niños.

Uno de los retos a los que se enfrentan todos los niños es aceptar todo lo que la sociedad les presenta sin ser capaces de distinguir lo bueno de lo malo.
Mientras tanto, tuve muchos retos durante mi primer año de enseñanza, las experiencias que tuve entonces eran muy feas, ¿cómo me aceptarían estos niños, qué debería hacer para tener sus mentes, concentración y atención? ¿Cómo puedo hacer que acepten o escuchen lo que estoy diciendo o enseñando? Por eso es necesario el seminario, el aprendizaje y el simposio si quieres que te vaya bien en tu trabajo. Empecé a leer diferentes libros sobre el crecimiento y desarrollo de los niños y su aceptación. Uno de los libros que más me ayudó fue Psicología de la Educación, del profesor Peace Enang, del departamento de Fundamentos de la Educación de la Universidad de Uyo.

Definitivamente, empecé a tener una relación constante y fluida con los alumnos para descubrir en ellos muchos talentos que estaban ahí pero que no se podían ver porque no se relacionaban bien con otros profesores. Una cosa que tienen los niños es que pueden hablar si al final te quieren y viceversa. Personalmente inculco el hábito de desarrollar una relación cordial intencionada con mi entorno de trabajo, mis colegas y los niños/alumnos, esto me da el privilegio de oír y saber lo que a otros les cuesta oír especialmente si quieren llevar a cabo una investigación sobre un niño.
Disfruto mucho cuando juego con mis alumnos, verlos reír mientras los preparo para ser mejores ciudadanos de la sociedad es mi logro. ¡Esta es mi satisfacción!
