They have been very intense days, and sometimes getting out of the lane is necessary to evaluate that we have to redesign in life, that's where the motto “behave well; it's okay, but it's not the backbone of life” comes from, it means that we will do things that are “not right”, however, the important thing is to get back on track.

Getting to feel confident and moving from the evaluation to the interest was fast as a teacher training with all the academic rigor that corresponds, the general concern for the constant updating of my teaching practices and protocols, extension and university research, professional training, human quality, and ethics is what counts the most to make a good impression ... They are like the first 5 minutes of a job interview.

If so, this year started off very well for me

I am starting a new stage as an advisor at the university where I trained. I cried, firstly because I am emotional (not to say whiny). Likewise, I cried also because feeling part of the university team is always exciting (the vision is virtual, for you who read me, but the feeling is real). But I cried mostly because someone (more than one) is doing his job well done, and because things well done can survive time in the difficulties.

Today I feel deeply proud to reap the fruits of my role as a teacher because I have seen very valuable people grow up who show me respect and loyalty (and those values are above knowledge; they are irreplaceable in any personal, work, professional relationship, in anyone; while knowledge is obtained with discipline, perseverance and dedication, these values come from home, they are part of the human being and not all of us have them).

Now I feel that I am! So lucky! And today I say "proudly I am a university professor" I continue to form pure talent, generations that transcend and are above all socio-economic difficulties/country.

The Venezuelan university was the center of those who, enjoying the "social ascent acquired in the much-questioned mobility, gave us space to opt for its improvement in its socio-economic position while speaking and acting from any ideological thought or religion.

Any professional thought, talked and acted as he wished while moving up and collecting an excellent salary, bonuses, and other benefit allowances.

For words, there is the clamor of university professionals in search of improvements in their immediate present

I am convinced that there are still many good people wanting to do things well, to make a difference in this country although many of us have lost confidence in our institutions, there are people who represent them worthily, and we are doing the job well, we are creating and innovating in the curriculum design (academic load) in the different postgraduate specializations, which after years continues to work its magic because we continue working on that purpose training with excellence the next generation, the specialists of tomorrow.

This higher education campus, which is not a hospital, a school, or a food factory, is a focus of support for professionals that we support and work for the establishment that today estimates and recognizes the value of the salary of active and retired people, where there are those (more than one) who do not underestimate their mission, nor their work, breathes pride, hope, encouragement, dedication, discipline, and knowledge so that future specialists continue to be an invaluable contribution to our society and country.

Thanks to the University, to my Alma Mater and the Graduate Division

For the recognition that still keeps me fighting despite the adversities during these last 10 years, it is a "rising opportunity" that adds to my quality of life (I hope I will also add to everyone's, a lot of light and wisdom). I know that I will do my best not to give up on doing well what I do, (at the height of the excellence of the institution to which I belong), although it undoubtedly means one more challenge to face for my well-being and based on my professional effort.
