Yeah my cabling is for fire compliance. It is 2 hour fire rated cable inside a metal housing.

The other cable can burn and it does not matter and definitely not in my scope. Old existing stuff.

It is a prevalent theme. Existing old systems are not up to spec. Ignore it and install correctly as per specifications from the engineer.
