Greetings!
So, most DTubers have by now gotten the chance to test-drive the new main net on the Avalon Blockchain. I had a quick look around and it's looking nice I must say. I had taken a break off DTube for a couple of months, so I hadn't seen some of the new features till today.
The economy takes a little getting used to, since it differs from the white paper somewhat, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon.
I've kept this one nice and short because I wanted to upload directly to DTube/IPFS rather than a 3rd Party like YouTube . For the first one, at least, I wanted to get the full experience.
I have to say, it was kind of fun to see the IPFS progress bars again. I hadn't seen those in over a year haha.
Anyway, congratulations to all parties and I hope to see great things on this platform.
