Here is a quick 10 minute ab training session which can be done by itself or after any of my other home workout videos
Alternative exercises for this session are as follows:
1- static leg hold (hold you legs 6 inches off the floor for as long as possible rest and repeat until time has expired)
2- crunches with feet on the floor or under something
3- same exercise with you feet placed under something for support
4- hold a regular or high plank position (possibly lift alternating feet off floor for 1 sec if you feel comfortable)
5- plank position, try to raise alternate elbows off the ground.
