Hello and welcome to Team Alive. You can also join us on wearealiveand.social. I'm continuing on this Alive Video Masters series to assist new and upcoming members taking part in the #iamalivechallenge. Shoutout to , founder and organizer of
tribe on Hive.
Clean up Sunday finally happened for me. Yipee! I'm just glad to be able to do maintenance cleanup at least once a month. I sure hope our never ending community quarantine would lighten up soon. But then again... one could only hope!
Let's talk about mental health awareness. Personally, I have lockdown burnout. I suppose that also contributes to why I sometimes feel unmotivated. I'd love to find that inner push of motivation once again. I do talk about issues daily for my #iamalivechallenge. I'm glad that Hive has been my therapy, esp during my saddest moments when we lost Mom. Sometimes I'm okay; other times, I'm not. It's a constant struggle indeed. I'm happy to have a daughter who's somehow on the same page as me. We do get to discuss issues and stuff. Still, I take things one day at a time.
I still hope and pray that local situations get to improve. It's a bit messy here with the upcoming national elections next year. We are so in need of change. Will it happen? I suppose we'll have to wait and see. That actually adds to all the mental health issues too. Fear and uncertainty could be pretty daunting.
Find yourself a support group. Talk to family and closest friends. Surround yourself with people who will uplift your morale and spirit. You can always join the We Are Alive tribe on Hive.
