Not too much yet :) 3Speak is the better option in my honest opinion, since they work with HIVE, not with Steem, while DTube works also with Steem... Though I'm with Steem since 2016, I dropped everything on that chain due to everything ongoing over there including TRON centralising the chain and censoring lots of users and posts.
