I've been using my oura ring for over two years now. I don't spend a lot of time analyzing the data, but today I felt tired. I thought back over a few days and realized that I have been feeling tired for a while. So I decided to look at my readiness score.
Its 76 today
So, its still "good", but the trend doesn't look great.
So far Nov, which is 2/3 over, is well below average. This is the second month that I am below my average of 80.
So its not just "in my head", there is definitely something going on. My temperature isn't up, and I'm sleeping "ok", so I'm leaning towards stress being the culprit.
My next steps
What am I going to do about it? Well, for one tomorrow I'm going to make sure that I get outside first thing in the morning, even if it is only for 5 minutes to walk around the block. I'm also going to start paying more attention to what I'm eating. When I feel like this I'm probably going for sweets and a glass of wine.
Finally, I'm going to break up the time at the computer some. Stretch my legs, spend time moving just a little.
If my score doesn't start to improve I will start to take more drastic action ... time off work.
