Typically I have a over night resting heart rate below 50, this week I only had one day that low.
According to my Garmin my heart rate has been a bit high even during normal activity over the day, probably an average of ~80bpm
This was from a couple days ago when I spent most of my waking hours playing with the kids or at my desk. Nothing strenuous at all.
This morning my oura ring reminded me that I need to get some rest. I'm thinking that I really need the opposite, I need to get moving some more. Likely some low level walking or biking, just enough to get the heart rate up into the low 130bpm area for 10-20min.
If I can find the time to do that, I think I would sleep better and my overall readiness will start to go back up.
