Hi fellow Ranters,
The other day New England reminded us why weather can change on a dime!
Unpredictability
One of the biggest things of unpredictability is the weather! In New England, things can go from beautiful sunny and warm one day to a quick batch of snow the next. It's some wild stuff! We were enjoying some weather in the 50's to 70's for a little while when all of a sudden bam, a cold snap comes through and we got some snow! It was a week or two ago now but this really made me laugh at how little control we have over things.
What took it the worst were the plants. There were some beautiful flowers starting to pop up all over the place since it was sunny, warm and rained every few days but the snow killed a lot of the flowers around us sadly. They were early bloomers so maybe that's why but the trees and flowers that started the earliest got some damage. All good though with nature cycles, you can't predict this type of stuff.
I was just getting used to being a little warmer and wearing less clothes than in the winter so this made it a little tough. Thankfully it only lasted a day before it was gone and returned back to warmer temps. Just looking forward to when we move to Florida or somewhere warmer lol
