It costs nothing to be a good citizen with healthy thoughts to promote doing, to build pleasant spaces of individual well-being and in everyday coexistence.
All this was diluted between cheers of deluded, and not so much that they raised from their own rants to those who did destroy what cost so much to constitute the value for life in Well-being in my country.
I am up to my nose in hell, and I have a big one, to find the garbage container of my house in the middle of the street every Tuesday, because the irresponsible of the unscrupulous garbage operators, they do not deserve called with other name, they leave it there every morning when emptying it in their garbage truck, instead of leaving it in its place, on the sidewalk next to my gate, in that little corner, that is where they find it, every time they come.
Then they talk about fines for citizens who throw garbage on the ground, in the street or anywhere that anyone anarchically where he gives them his real earns... And where is the example of those who work in urban sanitation?
Is it that difficult, gentlemen operators, to leave things where they found them? It is pure laziness and idleness. It is not necessary to study anything to do this office that is worthy for the one who executes it, but by God at least have only a minimum of respect and common sense.
We all know that cars pass by on the highway, right? What if a car comes and gets through the container on the street and to avoid the collision, turns and crashes into my gate or against my wall (home) and they get injured? Do these irresponsible and lazy people have casualty insurance? I don't think so.
Because it's not once, not ever, but they ALWAYS leave it lying in the middle of the street. And when does the accident happen? There is no one who is responsible, and you have to go to the mayor's office (city council) who always ignore, and leave the problem to the citizens who pay taxes and are up-to-date.
Few days ago the container of my house was hit because it was crossed in the middle of the street, the person who owns the vehicle was furious and rightly so, fortunately nothing happened to the driver or the vehicle, the container broke down, and now I have to find another one.
Where is the sound judgment and reasoning?
What good is it, gentlemen of the city council and of the environment, a good measure how is it to have a garbage container with a weekly pick-up day, early Tuesday, to those who ask for it, if then the people they hire do not meet the minimum judgment and reasoning indispensable to perform such a simple task?
Could it be that the misery they are paid to do the job (and it is) such a low and miserable salary that the workers do not mind leaving the garbage bins after emptying them, there, in the middle of the road?
How can you be so irresponsible? There are some urban city operators who, after emptying the container, leave the lid open, garbage strewn in the middle of the street polluting the environment, and they don't care.
This situation is recurring in my city, the Department of environment is warned. It is obvious that I have no responsibility when a major misfortune occurs. But as a citizen, I have already denounced it.
The ideal benchmark of a country in terms of well-being and taking care of our environment is not built in this way, where one acts in an anarchic way and without civic and citizen consciousness.
Although any statement can be questioned and beyond any diatribe, this is the consideration of generating the moral force on which the productive base will be based, on which the mobilization of citizen ethics will stand in the near future to make unity a reality in this country.
Today in this country, my country is going through instabilities that endanger the existence of fertile living spaces of presents for those of us who want stability beyond what isolated events may mean, such as this one that happens in my community with solid waste.
GENTLEMEN Operators, WE HAVE TO THINK...! It's the minimum they should have to do a job, right? Let's see if their faces fall out of shame, I don't think so because of the lack of urbanity that has been lost in this country.
