Looks like you gave him waay to many chances to disrespect you. The first ghosting already commuicated that he does not respect you or your time, because, if he was genuine he would have dropped a - hey, something came up, can we reschedule - and not just ghost. Maybe this was his way of susing out if you'd drop the price, he maybe figured that if you're still talking to him after that then you're desperate enough to get rid of them and lower the price even more.

Not showing up at a time you pick out yourself is already next level of wtf, tho.. xD

People be weird, I've found that the best way to go about stangers in particular is to calmly but firmly set boundaries early on, my energy is too sparse and thus too exclusive to waste it on punks like this one. Maybe THAT'S why I come off as scary to people.. xD
