Hello, Hive Friends! I hope you’re all doing well today. I’m dropping by this community because I need to let off some steam; and where better than the Rant, Talk, Complain corner of Hive?
Yesterday, I received a notification that my Facebook account has been suspended. The message was clear: if I don’t appeal within 180 days, I’ll lose access permanently. Of course, I immediately sent an appeal, but deep down, I already know how this story ends. My account will most likely be permanently disabled.
And here’s the kicker: this isn’t the first time. It’s not even the second. This is the third time I’ve gone through this nonsense. What’s even more annoying is the pattern: every six months of using Facebook, my account gets suspended like clockwork.
I can’t help but feel sad and frustrated because it feels unfair. My supposed violation? Affiliate posts. But here’s the thing: other content creators are doing the exact same thing, and their accounts remain active without restrictions. Why me? Why always me?
It feels like Facebook is playing favorites, or worse, targeting accounts inconsistently. I put effort into building connections, sharing content, and staying active, only to have it all ripped away every half year. Honestly, it’s exhausting.
Anyway, I just needed to rant about this because it’s been weighing on me. Thank you, Hive friends, for listening to my frustrations. Sometimes, just sharing the unfairness makes it a little easier to bear.
Until next time; stay strong, keep ranting, and may your accounts stay safe from random suspensions!
