I went to the hospital last week Saturday because I was strong and after the test and everything, it was malaria and typhoid though I am better now after taking the drugs that were prescribed to me.
But on that day I have to go to a pharmacy store to get some drugs that were prescribed to me so I can start using them. When I got there I have to go with a transfer because I didn’t have any cash with me. The money I sent was debited from my account and the person I sent the money to didn’t get an alert.
The money was not that much but 5,000 Naira is not a small money that I was very annoyed at that situation. It was getting late already and they won’t allow me to go because they didn’t get the money. The drugs were very important to me because I have to start taking in them so I have to do another transfer to the person so I can purchase my drugs and left and she got the money but the first one didn’t enter.
She told me to calm down and that is possible the money may later enter her account or they resend it back to my account.
It’s Tuesday today and I haven’t got my money😩. I even went to the bank to complain about it and they ask me to wait that the person I sent the money to is going to get it. I have to call the lady back because I got her contact maybe she has seen the money, but she said she didn’t.
Till this very moment, I haven’t gotten the money back since Saturday neither did the person I sent money to get it to. Very early tomorrow morning they are sure going to see me at that bank 😩😂 because there will have to be something that will be done that will reverse the money back to me.
I know most of us have experienced the situation of transferring money from our account or point of sale (pos) to another person without the person getting the money and you not getting it back. If you do, then you will know how frustrated I am now😩.
Even some people will have to start going to the bank every day doing all sorts of things and passing through stress so they can get their money back.
I really have a lot to say about this bank issues and how it’s giving me problems since last week but I just have to stop here🥲😩.
