btw " entitled to rewards" is super retarded thing to say. At the end not you or someone else allows it. Code is law. If someone votes up, it gets rewards. Someone disagree, can vote down. Easy.

So you mean someone else allows it. If no one votes up AI content, they don't get rewards. If someone upvotes AI, and someone else downvotes in equal measure they don't get rewards. If agent operators choose to decline rewards or send author rewards to null, they don't get rewards.

Code is law, how we interpret that law is up to us.
