I write with a heavy heart. Following a death in the family, a close relative is behaving in an ugly, possibly, psychotic way.
This person flew in from out of town with bad energy, and focusing on the wrong things (inheritance, etc…). Out of greed, jealousy and I suspect deep emotional instability, they threatened to bring a lawyer when they were denied access to the safe of the deceased.
When we did not cave in to this desperate threat, they stirred out of the house, following an ugly scene, and returned with a so-called police officer.
Just 4 days after the loss of a dear relative and only one day following the funeral, we found ourselves sitting in the apartment of the deceased in a state of shock...
Previously, only hoursbefore the funeral procession, this disturbed individual went to the church where the service was to be held to fight with the priest. Who does that?
As a result, the church called us and warned that if this bad behavior continued, they were going to cancel the funeral service…
The day after the service, this problematic relative stood in our living room insulting us, again, and insisting to access the safe of the departed.
We refused to budge, without seeing the final will which they suspiciously withheld from us. Eventually, we were forced to ask this vicious/mentally-sick(?) relative to leave the apartment along with the fake cop they brought with them.
To be on the safe side, we instructed the security at the entrance of the building not to allow this problematic person to return, as we were still reeling from this scandalous turn of events.
Incredibly, that same night, they returned to the building and managed to make their way back at our door, this time with 4-5 men in uniform!
The disturbed relative was speaking inna loud voice and trying to open our door with the set of keys that they had taken and refused to return.
This went on for around 15 minutes or more, as I tried to bolt the door and push my weight against it — in case police tried to kick the door down.
Mercifully, our relatives arrived and managed to talk this distressed soul down. Shortly after, we changed the lock to the door and are breathing easier, now.
Heaven help us (all) to find peace and serenity in this difficult time.🙏🏽✨
