Today at the market I bought a wonderful Salad. We are ending the season of greens, and in winter such a salad will cost 10 times more. Not surprisingly, everyone is very fond of natural vitamins from greens. My daughter and wife love greens and different salads in my cooking. We have equality in the kitchen, each of us can defend the watch and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. I often joke that my wife is French and her cuisine reflects the slight charm and elusive grandeur of this wonderful national cuisine. The fact is that my wife is a very tasty cook, and she studied French at school. We often like to laugh about this topic.
But back to my today's purchase. This is a lot of salad, 2 plastic bags. By the standards of prices today, I bought it very inexpensively, only 20 hryvnia for two packages. Here they are in the photo. In terms of dollars or euros, this is 50 cents. What I wanted to note, while in the supermarket the greens reach the buyer, with the best logistics and supplies, it will take several days. The salad that I bought today on Friday was cut by the hostess 2 hours before the market. This is the freshest salad ever. He is very young, there is not an ounce of bitterness in him. Wonderful and excellent!
Having bought such a beautiful salad in the market, I wanted to make a very tasty salad and called it “Viennese Waltz”. Its main ingredient is my freshly bought lettuce and carrots and parsnips. As well as parsley, dill and young, green garlic. I grated all this on a grater for Korean carrots, and tore the salad with my hands, finely chopped the greens. I mixed everything, and a little salt, I seasoned it with vegetable oil. It turned out to be a great, healthy salad. Yes, Pasternak and Carrot performed a wonderful waltz tour in it, they whirled in a waltz and were able to captivate into this wonderful dance. This is, figuratively speaking, my Viennese Waltz. Look at this beauty. The taste is excellent and noble.
