process rice Golden puddy

Rice is a staple food of most of the country of the world. Especially South asian countries people like it as their main food.It is not easy to process that make rice. Here it needed some steps to make rice.
At first cutting rice plant from the field and seperate it from the plant and boile the puddy. Afer boiling it is given in the sun.
For dry puddy sunny weather is must be needed.Though there are a lot of modern systems invented but the village people do not get that. In upcoming future may be the scenery will be changed.
However the process is not very bad. It is a little bit difficult to collect suitable puddy.In our village all villagers are accustomated to this system.
