Hello, #hive family. Happy new year in advance. Today is another special day for #marketfriday which you can follow to see other people's market views across the entire world. At least this is mostly the time people across the globe are celebrating Christmas and New Year through going shopping, buying and selling of all kinds of goods. So for that reason, this is the time to follow #marketfriday to serve you with evidence of this season's buying and selling across the globe.
I visited one of the biggest bookshops close to Benue State University Makurdi Nigeria to buy some book/information materials for myself so that i can read more to understand what life is all about and more about what is happening around the world. I believe that information is power because if you are not informed, "you are deformed".
From the image above. When i remembered that my bible was old, i have no option but to visit this good-looking bookshop close to BSU Makurdi Nigeria. Here, i bought a new king James version Bible at $6.7. Still at the process, the bookseller told me that some other king James can be bought at $3.6, $11.4 while some other bibles have their own specific prices of about $2.1, $3.6.

From the image above, i was able to buy some readable CD-ROM, that carries information on how to count alphabets like ABCD, figures like 1234, information about countries around the world, and much other important information it carries. I bought them for my little child. She will be using the CD-ROM/plate for reading. I bought the reading CD-ROM at $1.2 per one.

Here, i also selected some readable romantic books. Do you know why i bought a romantic book, is because i have never been romantic all through my life? The name of the book i bought is called Romeo and Juliet. I bought the book for $5.2.

I also bought some dictionaries for my children because i want them to be learning spellings, the meaning of words, and many other things through it before they can proceed with the use of the internet in time to come as they will grow. I bought an Oxford dictionary medium size for $5.4, while the big size is about $13.6.

Some other books i bought were the gods are wise for $2.4, Titanic at $3.7.
One thing i have learned in life is that "the more you read" the wiser you become. So, every #hive, #hiveblog, #ecency, #steem, and many other family members must learn how to read more. Also, learn how to train your children with reading books at an early stage especially in Africa. Happy New Year in advance.
