Lately our budget at home is quite tight, so many things to buy but the money is not enough, the prices for everything are very high, and the truth is that you have to work very, very hard to be able to eat decently.
Normally I manage all the things that are needed at home and well, taking out my accounts and seeing the cupboard, I put my hands on my head and start to wonder what I can buy with such a tight budget, I thank God for Hive, since I could take out of my wallet to buy part of what I needed.
I made my little list of what I needed and I told my husband let's go to Makro, there I will find what we need and for sure at a better price than in other places.
Makro is a hypermarket that has branches in several cities in Venezuela, I remember that when I was very young my mother often shopped there, especially when she bought in bulk, it was a market where even the poorest families could occasionally shop there.
But for a while it declined a lot and has never been the same, here in the town where I live had closed its doors for a while and last year they reopened, I was very pleased to hear that news, in fact my husband and I were in its new opening as it now has a very large pharmacy as an ally.
We arrived at the supermarket and the first thing we see on our right is the word welcome, it is a very nice place to shop, their workers are very decent and friendly, besides being a place with very clean and tidy facilities.
We can find many things, from food, groceries, fruits and vegetables,
In this place I bought a paprika, three peaches, a bunch of chives, a zucchini, two eggplants and a bunch of parsley, all came out to me at $ 3,2.
On this shelf I got a kilo of rice, 500 grams of chickpeas, the 150 cc soy sauce and a 500 ml oil, all this came out to me at $ 6,45.
Flour Bread, which is practically a must on every Venezuelan's table, as it is used to make our most typical food, arepas. The cost of one kilo was $ 1,11.
Fish market, I don't usually buy fish here because I prefer to go to the fishing pier which is close by and cheaper.
It also has a butcher and delicatessen, the meat is quality and they have a lot of variety, also the cheeses, ham, sausage, etc., are rich and there is a variety in prices, but well today my purchases were not focused on any of that.
There is a display just for the eggs and I think the price is very good so I bought a carton, that can not be missing in our house, its cost was $ 3,36.
We can find an aisle where they only sell all kinds of cosmetics, shampoos, soap for personal hygiene and house cleaning, I usually buy sometimes some of those things here, when there are offers!
The food and cosmetics part for our pets is a must.

Ice cream, at this time for us that would be a luxury, so we didn't even come close.
I really like shopping here because I do it quietly and comfortably, I did my shopping I did not find everything I needed, but the budget was enough and I stay to buy what was pending, in these times I thank God for what I could buy, because sadly many have nothing to put in their mouths.
Oh and I forgot the exhibition of the most authentic chocolates of the country and I bought one to kill the craving of 27 grams and it cost me $ 0,94.
And finally, we bought our bag to carry our groceries which cost us $ 0,19.
Adding all our purchases together, it came out to $ 15,25.
Whenever we can we come here, it is a good place to shop, it also has its bathrooms and very clean, and a large and free outdoor parking lot.

Últimamente nuestro presupuesto en casa es bastante ajustado, tantas cosas por comprar pero el dinero no alcanza, los precios para todo están muy alto, y la verdad hay que trabajar mucho, mucho, para poder comer decentemente.
Normalmente llevo la administración de todas las cosas que se necesitan en casa y bueno sacando mis cuentas y viendo la alacena, me pongo las manos en mi cabeza y empiezo a preguntarme que puedo comprar con tan ajustado presupuesto, le doy las gracias a Dios por Hive, ya que pude sacar de mi billetera para poder comprar parte de lo que necesitaba.
Sacando cuentas hice mi pequeña lista de lo más necesario y le dije a mi esposo vamos a Makro, allí voy a encontar lo que necesitamos y seguro a mejor precio que en otros lugares.
Makro es un hipermercado que tiene sucursales en varias ciudades de Venezuela, recuerdo que cuando era muy joven mi mamá hacía muchas veces sus compras allí, sobre todo cuando compraba al mayor, era un mercado donde hasta las familias de más bajos recursos podían de vez en cuando hacer sus compras en este lugar.
Pero por un tiempo decayó bastante y nunca más ha sido lo mismo, aquí en el municipio donde vivo había cerrado sus puertas por un tiempo y el año pasado volvieron a abrir, me gusto mucho escuchar esa noticia, de hecho estuvimos mi esposo y yo en su nueva inauguración ya que ahora cuenta con una farmacia muy grande como aliado.
Llegamos al supermercado y lo primero que vemos a nuestra derecha es la palabra bienvenidos, es un lugar muy agradable para hacer las compras, sus trabajadores son muy decentes y amables, aparte de ser un lugar con sus instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas.
Podemos encontrar muchas cosas, desde comida, viveres, frutas, hortalizas,
en este lugar compré un pimenton, tres melocotones, un racimo de cebollín, un calabacín, dos berengenas y un racimo de perejil, todo me salió en 3,2 $.
En este estante conseguí un kilo de arroz, 500 gramos de garbanzos, la salsa de soja de 150 cc y un aceite de 500 ml, todo esto me salió en 6,45 $.
Harina Pan, no puede faltar practicamente en la mesa de ningún venezolano, ya que con eso hacemos nuestra comida más típica, las arepas. El costo de un kilo fue de 1,11 $.
Pescadería, normalmente no compro aquí pescado porque prefiero ir al muelle de pesca que me queda cerca y es más barato.
También cuenta con carnicería y charcutería , la carne es de calidad y tienen mucha variedad, igualmente los quesos, jamón, chorizo, etc., son ricos y hay variedad en precios, pero bueno hoy mis compras no iban enfocadas en nada de eso.
Hay un exhibidor solo para los huevos y me parece que el precio esta muy bién asi que compré un cartón, eso no puede faltar en nuestra casa, su costo fue de 3,36 $.
Podemos encontrar un pasillo donde solo venden toda clase de cosméticos, champus, jabón para el aseo personal y limpieza de la casa, suelo comprar a veces algunas de esas cosas aquí, cuando hay ofertas!
Otra cosa que podemos encontrar es artículos para el hogar, como juegos de jarra con vasos, platos, alfombras, cortinas para los baños, cesta para ropa sucia, almohadas, bañeras para bañar a los bebes, etc.
No puede faltar la parte de la comida y cosméticos para nuestras mascotas.
El pasillo con todas clases de galletas y chucherías.
Helados, en este momento para nosotros eso sería un lujo, asi que nisiquiera nos acercamos mucho.
Me gusta mucho hacer las compras aquí porque las hago tranquila y con toda comodidad, hice mis compras no encontré todo lo que necesitaba, pero el presupuesto alcanzó y me quedo para comprar lo que quedó pendiente, en estos tiempos agradezco a Dios por lo que sí pude comprar, porque tristemente muchos no tienen nada que llevarse a la boca.
Ah y se me olvidaba la exhibición de los chocolates más auténticos del país y me compré uno para matar el antojo de 27 gramos y me costó 0,94 $.
Y por último, compramos nuestra bolsa para llevar nuestra compra que nos costo 0,19 $.
Sumando toda nuestra compra salió en 15,25 $.
Siempre que podemos venimos aquí, es un buen lugar para hacer compras, tiene también sus baños y muy limpios, y un estacionamiento al aire libre bien amplio y gratuito.
