Shopping at the Mega Market -Family Esp/Eng

Saludos amigos de Hive y de la comunidad #marketfriday, hoy voy a con ustedes la visita que realice el día de hoy viernes en el mercado llamado Comercial Mega-Familia, en la comunidad de Villa de Cura, estado Aragua, Venezuela.

Greetings friends of Hive and the #marketfriday community, today I am going to share with you the visit I made today Friday in the market called Comercial Mega-Familia, in the community of Villa de Cura, Aragua state, Venezuela.

Este mercado se encuentra en pleno centro de la comunidad, muy cerca de la plaza Miranda, posee una buena ubicación, ya que los autobuses pasan frente a este negocio. Hace unos años atrás cuando se produjo la escasez de comida, estos mercados atendían a puerta cerrada, y se hacían larga colas para poder comprar algunos productos, dónde solo los más vivos eran los que compraban.

This market is located in the center of the community, very close to the Plaza Miranda, has a good location, as the buses pass in front of this business. A few years ago when there was a shortage of food, these markets were closed to the public, and there were long lines to buy some products, where only the liveliest were the ones who bought.

Después la situación cambio, ahora los mercados está bien surtidos, con una amplia gama de productos, en el pasillo central podemos encontrar Harina precocida, 1 kg por 35bs, equivalente a 1$, Arroz a 1,14, azúcar al.mismo precio, pasta en 1,2$, café de 200 gr en 2$,en este mercado tenemos todo a la mano para hacer un mercado con diversos productos.

Later the situation changed, now the markets are well stocked, with a wide range of products, in the central aisle we can find precooked flour, 1 kg for 35bs, equivalent to 1$, rice at 1.14, sugar at the same price, pasta at 1.2$, coffee of 200 gr at 2$, in this market we have everything at hand to make a market with various products.

En este mercado tenemos la opción de escoger la marca del producto, como por ejemplo la de la harina precocida y del arroz, hay una gran variedad, anteriormente era muy difícil poder escoger, solo se compraba lo que había debido a lo que mencioné anteriormente.

In this market we have the option to choose the brand of the product, such as precooked flour and rice, there is a great variety, previously it was very difficult to choose, we only bought what we had because of what I mentioned above.

No solamente podemos comprar comida, también encontramos una amplia variedad de galletas en diferentes precios, encontré para mi hijo una galleta en 0.42$, me pareció económico, también hay paquetes de diversas marcas en 1$ a 2$, aquí hay para todos los gustos, de acuerdo al presupuesto de cada persona.

Not only can we buy food, we also find a wide variety of cookies at different prices, I found for my son a cookie at 0.42$, I found it economical, there are also packages of various brands in 1$ to 2$, here there is something for everyone, according to the budget of each person.

Si necesitamos detergente para lavar la ropa, hay una amplia variedad de productos que se han posicionado en los estantes porque mucha gente los compra, tienen además potes, vasos, tazas, y todo tipos de envases plástico para meter agua, o comida.

If we need detergent to wash clothes, there is a wide variety of products that have positioned themselves on the shelves because many people buy them, they also have pots, glasses, cups, and all kinds of plastic containers to put water or food.

Una de las cosas que no hay en este mercado es el rubro del pollo y carne, me imagino que tendrían que ampliar un poco el espacio físico de este mercado, pero a pesar de esto es uno de los lugares que me gusta visitar cada vez que voy a comprar. Hay una buena atención por parte de los jóvenes que son los cajeros que se encargan de facturar las compras que hacen todos los clientes.

One of the things that are missing in this market is chicken and meat, I imagine that they would have to expand a little the physical space of this market, but despite this it is one of the places I like to visit every time I go shopping. There is a good attention from the young people who are the cashiers who are responsible for billing the purchases made by all customers.

Estos negocios la mayoría de los dueños son personas extranjeras chinos, que contratan al personal venezolano, para que laboren en estos mercados. Es algunos casos son los venezolanos los dueños pero se ve muy poco en esta comunidad.

Most of the owners of these businesses are foreign Chinese people who hire Venezuelan personnel to work in these markets. In some cases the owners are Venezuelans, but this is rarely seen in this community.
