Housing needs in urban areas wich one funtion as an industry, housing needs are growing fast. I will share the experience of buying a house on credit, there are several system for how to get a house, can pay in installments or credit every month, some are paid in several stages.
What I will try is to take the child to buy a house with a system installments or credit of up to about 20 years. The place of residence that is being processed at the administrative stage.
