I love coffee shops. Especially the ones that have a cozy feel and the aroma of fresh roasted coffee. I frequent various large chain coffee shops like Starbucks too, but I would always rather go to a small independent coffee shop or at least a small franchise. Dunn Brothers is one of those. And every store is different.
This one had an upstairs loft, which is where we went to have our coffee. But let’s start downstairs where you first go in.
We were immediately enticed to visit the counter and select from a delightful menu that included salads and natural foods — not just coffee.
The signage is very cute. I’ve always found signage in really quaint restaurants and coffee shops really adds to their charm and ambiance.
Time to go upstairs. But first, check out this cool old coffee roasting machine!
The loft area was really nice, with old brick walls, seasoned wooden tables and a charming fireplace.
What a great little place to enjoy coffee and conversation!
