Hello everyone and hello for the first time to all members of the Market Friday community. What caught my attention and motivated me to join this creative and inspiring community were the very welcoming, positive, and kind words of as well as the very interesting posts that allowed me to peek into the markets of faraway places which was very exciting for me. 😊
So, this is my first entry for the #MarketFriday challenge initiated by .
I was walking around my town Belgrade with my mother and son a few days ago when my sister informed us that a children's fair was being held in a nearby park and that we could visit this event to make my son have fun. When my son heard about the idea he was delighted so we immediately headed there.
The entrance made of balloons was a good sign that we were in the right place.
As soon as we went down the stairs, we were greeted by Spiderman, one of the many heroes who were walking between the market stalls. 😊
Various children's items were sold at the market stalls. Some companies gave away their brand products for free. We received samples of laundry detergent, diapers, fabric softeners, etc.
But we also bought some items like hairpins and hairbands for my daughter who was not with us.
My son was delighted with the string dolls wearing Serbian traditional costumes. He could pull strings and watch their movements for hours without getting bored. 😊
At the fair, children could also engage in some activities such as tennis and aikido with professional trainers. My son really liked tennis.
Now we are thinking about enrolling him in a tennis school. He wants to be like Novak Djokovic. 😊
Creative activities such as coloring and drawing were also organized.
We saw a lot of interesting toys.
As well as some creative ways that children can make toys themselves.
The National Agency for Traffic Safety distributed gifts to children and educated them about street behavior and safety. They had a very interesting mascot called "Pazljivko" which means someone very careful. 😊 This character is known to children because there are also educational cartoons in which he is the main character.
My son then stopped to buy candies. Some we got for free and some we bought. He is a big fan of sweets so he was very happy.
I saw a lot of interesting items for babies, but my babies have already outgrown them. 😊 At this fair, you could buy many unique items that were made especially for that occasion.
Suddenly we saw Masha and the bear in an embrace. 😊 They were so adorable.
Do you know who they are? The main characters of a very popular Russian cartoon that children in my country adore. Sometimes it seems to me that this cartoon makes children aggressive, but on the other hand, it is very interesting.
And then we were met by the Duracell bunny. He was very charming.😊
He invited us to join him in riding the bike and charging the battery that way.
Of course, my son didn't want to miss the chance to try it. He was proud of his strength and fast pedaling. 😊
It was very crowded. Many people came to receive gifts, but many also came to buy the products they need for their children and to educate themselves about the proper growth and development of their children.
But most people came for the fun children's program. There were a lot of children's dance groups that had great performances.
We had a great time at the fair. It was an unusual open market, full of children's joy.
Thank you very much for reading.
The images and writing are original and mine.
Greetings!
