Hello dear #Hive people.... I'm sharing this post from Montalbán (Carabobo, Venezuela)... A small town that usually overcomes with eagerness the economic vicissitudes so common in this side of the world.

Hola querida gente de #Hive... Comparto este post desde Montalbán (Carabobo, Venezuela)... Un pequeño pueblo que suele sobreponerse con afán a las vicisitudes económicas tan comunes en este lado del mundo.

Then, when the month of December approaches, some civil organizations and people of the cultural environment, agree and do everything necessary to make some small fairs where artisans, artists and even cooks, bakers and the like, can participate selling and showing their creations and products.

Entonces, cuando se aproxima el mes de diciembre, algunas organizaciones civiles y personas del entorno cultural, se ponen de acuerdo y hacen todo lo necesario para realizar algunas pequeñas ferias en donde artesanos, artistas y en inclusive cocineros, reposteros y afines, pueden participar vendiendo y enseñando sus creaciones y productos.

Then, my wife (she is one of the exhibitors and collaborators) asked me to go and take some pictures!

¡Entonces, mi esposa (ella es una de las expositoras y colaboradoras) me pidió ir y hacer algunas fotos!

This is the little kiosk with the things that my wife makes... She has always been good at making things with her hands, she's a natural craftswoman... This time she has brought Christmas ornaments and her popular flower pots made in cement called "Macetitas"...

Este es el pequeño kiosco con las cosas que mi esposa hace... Ella siempre ha sido buena haciendo cosas con sus manos, es una artesana natural... En esta ocasión ha traído adornos navideños y sus populares macetas hechas en cemento llamadas "Macetitas"..

Here it seems that Christmas has already arrived!... ha ha ha!.... So my wife has brought a lot of things to decorate and give as gifts..... 🎅

¡Aquí parece que ya ha llegado la navidad!... ¡ha ha ha!... Así que mi esposa ha traído muchas cosas para adornar y regalar... 🎅

There are many works to see... Many people here have a lot of talent to create and so they take advantage of this kind of events to share with everyone their creations...

Hay muchas obras para ver... Aquí muchas personas tienen bastante talento para crear y entonces aprovechan este tipo de eventos para compartir con todos sus creaciones...

I enjoy watching people's ability to make these types of ornaments with different motifs.... I have even been surprised to find people whose craftsmanship qualities I was unaware of until now. 🎨

Yo disfruto mirando la capacidad de las personas para hacer este tipo de adornos con motivos diversos... Inclusive me he sorprendido al encontrar personas cuyas cualidades artesanales yo desconocía hasta ahora. 🎨

People come here and have a good time, they even have a bit of a "social life" and people who have not seen each other for a long time, can re-establish friendships and even associate to exchange their products and diversify their small businesses.

La gente viene aquí y pasa un buen rato, incluso se hace un poco de "vida social" y personas que tenían tiempo sin verse, pueden restablecer amistad e incluso asociarse para intercambiar sus productos y diversificar sus pequeños negocios.

I've taken several pictures of the organizers and exhibitors... It's something I haven't done for a long time, but I'm glad to see that in spite of the difficult times, in the village there are still people related to art and culture...

He hecho varias fotos de los organizadores y expositores... Es algo que no hacía desde hace tiempo, pero me alegra ver que a pesar de los tiempos difíciles, en el pueblo siguen estando personas relacionadas con el arte y la cultura...
