FriYAY!!! It has become my favorite day of the week, why? Cause it's #MarketFriday hosted by the amazing
to whom I want to thank from the bottom of my heart for being the incredible person she is, the way you keep encouraging us to show each other's culture every Friday and always have a kind word for us makes a true pleasure to write and post! So, one more time, thank you, thank you!
Go check out her post! amazing as always, and also the pointers to participate HERE
For this week's entry, i went back to "Mango bajito" to explore the second floor and see what goodies they have there to show. I can say this place is one of those you can't get out of without buying a thing or two, I didn't "Need" anything but, there's just so many cute things and most importantly, things that have a purpose other than just looking beautiful in the counter or shelf.
BTW, if you missed it, you can check out part one HERE
Ok, so, second floor is the **HOME** floor, but there's mostly kitchen stuff and some everyday supplies, like cleaning supplies and some decorations, not many. And, on the other side, there's the toys department. I sadly don't own the apartment we live in yet, and, when we first moved I thought I'd love to redecorate my way, cause, the taste of the owners (my brother and sister in law) is not very similar to mine, so I had that going on. Now that we initiate the process to buy the apartment, I can finally start thinking about how I want my house decorated, starting with changing the flooring (Which sucks!) but that's not the theme here. So, going to this place and seeing all the different options is pretty cool, even though there's still a long road ahead
I love the way those wooden arches look for a house or an event outdoors!
If something I want for my house is black dinnerware, and this plates and cups, with the red or the one with beige flowers will definitely look amazing in any dinner table!
And, in contrast with the black plates, if it was my choice, I'd turn my house into Barbie/hello kitty's house. Pastels at IN and everything looks adorable!
For the other side of the store, one word,
TOYS
. Once you have kids, every toy store is a must, I've always loved to browse through them and see what kind of things are the kids playing with these days (Other than mommy's phone - bad screen time, I know). But, if there's something other than my phone my girls like to play with is SLIME! I am not a fan personally but they love it, and play-doh too. In this matter, the store did not disappoint, as the variety of slime jars is great! All colors, shapes, and even smell, big and small, slime everywhere!!All kinds of dolls, bagpacks, zippy cups,
And BALLS! The big ones are for the kid to actually sit and bounce! That one goes into the wish list for Mya's birthday in September.
Scooters, plush toys and more balls! If you look closely you'll see all the walls are covered in kids things, it's lovely!
TODAY'S PURCHASES
"I swear I just came here to see" I said to the cashier while placing on the counter the items I selected for purchase. I tell you no lie, coming here is a breath of fresh air! When I went to pay for my goodies, she was training a new guy and she told him that it was very important that the costumers feel like they want to come back, and all I could think of was, well yeah, I'll be back!
I bough a pink flyswatter, a pink spatula and brush set, and a pink unicorn glass... Do you see a pattern there, well, Barbie/hello kitty house! I paid a total of 4$ 30 cents! Can you believe it!!!
That's it for today you guys! Hope you enjoyed the trip to the place where I wanna buy every thing!
