Well I took the plunge. Against my better judgement I bought the Halfway House.
I am already being acutely reminded that the more possessions one has generally means far more problems. Or perhaps problems is not the right word, but I would say responsibilities. Most possessions, be it a house, car, or boat require some level of service. Some amount of work needs to be expended to insure that said possessions are properly attended to. Yikes sounds damn near like a spouse lol.
Sure am going to miss waking up to this view though.
